[Abstract]

An endophytic fungus colonizes symptomlessly the living, internal tissues of the host plants. Many of endophytic fungi produce compounds with novel structure an specific bioactivity for their long period of living in host tissues. Furthermore, endophytic fungi could be a reliable source of materials of agriculture and pharmacy as exemplified by anti-tumor and anti-fungal agents. In this paper, we mostly study on the endophytic fungi Trichoderma taxi sp. nov. from Taxus mairei S.Y.Hu, to optimize the fermentation condition, and study on its secondly metabolized product. The result of our main study shows as follows:1. Based on the MID culture medium, we use the equality design to seeing about 10 components, then designed to choose the N15 culture medium as the ferment culture medium. At the same time, we saw about the pH value at the beginning affects to the biomass and ferment effect, the best activity is on the beginning pH value 5-6.2. We used the chromatogram for the purification of Trichodermisin, and established a standard curve for Trichodermisin.3. The result of acute toxicity test on Artemia and acute from mouth toxicity test Rattus norvegicus indicates, Trichodermisin belongs to mid toxicity level.5. The stability test on temperature and pH indicates, Trichodermisin is stable below 80℃, in the acidity and nature condition, but it break down easily in the alkalescence condition.
